Layout villa
Through the entrance where the toilet is located, there is a large living room with lots of glass and patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is connected to the living room through an open window. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.

- Villa situated at the waterfront (possibly with jetty)
- Villa with extra toilet and/or bathroom
