Banjaardstrand, Kamperland
Banjaard Beach is a 3-kilometre-long beach and one of the cleanest in Zeeland, with a Blue Flag.
There are wooden walkways from the dune crossing to the beach pavilion, making the beach and pavilion easily accessible with a pram or wheelchair, for example. Want more information? Take a look at the Banjaardstrand website!
Beach of Vrouwenpolder
Vrouwenpolder Beach has no breakwaters, is child-friendly, safe, wide and wheelchair-accessible. Like the Banjaardstrand, the Vrouwenpolder Beach is also one of the cleanest beaches to be awarded the Blue Flag!
You can visit the Vrouwenpolder Beach in both summer and winter. In summer, you can enjoy the sun, the sea and the sand or stroll from one beach pavilion to another. In winter, the beach is quiet and you can enjoy the murmur of the sea. The North Sea water is clear and there is plenty of space for everyone. An ideal place for recreation! Vrouwenpolder Beach has disabled facilities, play areas, toilets and showers, eating and drinking facilities and much more.
The beach is divided into several sections. The 'main beach' and the beach near the Veerse Dam. Between Vrouwenpolder and Oostkapelle, there is also a naturist beach (Oranjezon).
Oranjezon, Vrouwenpolder
The Oranjezon nature reserve has one of the widest beaches in Zeeland. Since 1995, the nature reserve has been managed by the Zeeland Landscape Foundation and the area forms part of the natural monument the Manteling van Walcheren. Visitors to Oranjezon do have to pay an entrance fee, so keep this in mind. Naturists are welcome on the beach, the naturist beach is located immediately left of the transition at the SUN RISE beach pavilion and continues towards Oostkapelle. All the rest of the beach is 'textile beach'.
A day at Domburg beach
Domburg is Zeeland's oldest seaside resort. The beautiful beach is combined with nature and the historic town right behind the dunes. Domburg's sandy beach extends all the way to Westkapelle! Its luxurious appearance makes Domburg beach very popular. Various beach bars and shops make for a wonderful day on the beach.
